Perceiving the Akashic with Helen Vonderheide
Helen Vonderheide is a global educator specializing in transformative perspectives like the Akashic Records, Decoloniality, and Somatic Experiencing. She was my Akashic teacher, but our connection goes back much further—we first met through Buddhism, later crossed paths in Arbonne on different teams while supporting each other, and eventually deepened our bond through Reiki and Akashic trades. She has remained a very special person in my life.
Immersed in the Akashic since 2014, Helen became an elite certified teacher under Linda Howe’s lineage in 2015 and has since carved her own path, empowering others to build a personal, expansive relationship with this infinite resource. In our conversation, she illuminated the difference between psychic abilities and Akashic insight, offering profound ways to engage with the field. We also explored sacred psilocybin therapies and our shared Buddhist roots, weaving in interconnected wisdom.
